hey guys how are you all ? today i am back with another easy and tasty snacks recipe which will definitely win the hearts and love of your family. have you also got bored eating the same things day by day.
this recipe if full of crispy, salty and a bit spicy taste which everyone loves. if you are also a food geek of spicy taste then is recipe is all set for you. so without wasting much time
INGREDIENTS FOR TASTY SNACKS
- green peas-1 cup
- green chilies- 3
- garlic beads- 10 pieces
- chickpea flour(Besan)-3/4 cup
- rice flour-1/3 cup
- turmeric powder(Haldi)-1/2 teaspoon
- cumin powder(Jeera powder)-1/2 teaspoon
- coriander powder(Dhania powder)-1/2 teaspoon
- red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
Easy cooking steps:-
- put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- mix them properly without using water.
- don’t feel shy using your hands for mixing just use it.
- take 2-3 spoon of oil in a small container and apply a very small amount of it to your hands.
- now create small balls with the stuffing created. remember we applied oil on our hands so that the ball doesn’t stick to it.
- create all the balls.
- turn the flame on and keep the pan on it.
- fill the pan with sufficient oil to fry them.
- keep the flame on a medium flame for some time so that the oil gets heat.
- now put 1 ball to test whether the oil is ready for frying perfectly.
- now fry it and do the same with the rest of the balls.
- fry for 3 minutes and do the same from the opposite side too.
